Currently seeking a contract Asterisk support engineer on a full or part time basis (3 month trial). The successful applicant will already have Asterisk (text based configuration), Linux (CentOS) and scripting skills which can be extended and improved.
The successful applicant would be contracted to provide ongoing support to our clients to resolve support tickets (small to large technical issues), to help complete system builds / installation and to develop and refine our existing services and products. This role will be customer facing so very good English (written and spoken) and the ability to communicate in stressful situations is required.
