For what it’s worth, we had this exact issue with Flowroute. However, Flowroute’s support was very helpful and we ultimately tracked down the problem to their upstream’s interconnect with T-Mobile. It took several weeks to resolve, but I can’t fault Flowroute for something out of their control.
