This happened to me a while back with icall. I tried many ways to contact them including hiring someone on CL to drive to their office. I ended up reaching the owner on twitter.
It was a bad situation though. Took us weeks pulling every string we could pull to get all the CLECS to release all the numbers to a new provider or get them up and running.
