Yes. About as stable as Asterisk can be. Unfortunately, both the previous two releases (1.0.6 and 1.0.5) have had a some serious issues. And for some reason, 1.0.x releases still use mpg123, even though it is unstable on all OSes, including Linux. rawplayer.c looks to be the best replacement, though a bit inflexible.
