I know there is a ports freeze on now, but bug fixes are still accepted even at this time.

1. First, there is an error in the startup script. I've submitted a patch:

2. Then the Makefile could be tidier. In particular mysql is not required but an option and musiconhold.conf.sample doesn't have correct paths in it. I've submitted another patch for these:
