[Asterisk-bsd] madplay vs mpg123 on fbsd

I have stopped using mpg123 and moved to madplay on asterisk and freebsd 6.x 
beta 5 and on 5.x I find that madplay does not have the issues that mpg123 
does and stopped having the lockup issues.
