Thanks Alexander. Here's my vmstat -i # vmstat -i interrupt total rate irq0: clk 5601831 99 irq1: atkbd0 2 0 irq5: vr0 26350 0 irq6: fdc0 10 0 irq7: ppc0 1 0 irq8: rtc 7169978 127 irq11: wcfxs0 55956028 998 irq12: psm0 4 0 irq13: npx0 1 0 irq14: ata0 48017 0 irq15: ata1 47 0 Total 68802269 1228 Yesterday I thought it was a IRQ conflict with other device, so I disabled all other integrated devices (on bios). Turned off Sound Card, Modem and USB ports and even removed the Wildcard X100P, but nothing was different. Still listening noises.
I'm a newbie on FreeBSD (but I like it more than using Linux), so be patient with my ignorance ;) I'm here to learn! Thank you again. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Alexander Timoshenko Sent: Viernes, 18 de Noviembre de 2005 09:33 a.m. To: Asterisk on BSD discussion Subject: Re: [Asterisk-bsd] "clicking" sounds in conversations with TDM04B Alex Mejia wrote: > Hi list! > > I successfully installed a Digium TDM04B card on FreeBSD 5.4 using > zaptel drivers for FreeBSD (installed with ports). > I'm using Asterisk CVS-Head and the card works fine, but when placing > or recieving a call on any of the 4 fxo ports, users hear (both sides) > a "clicking" noise. > I also have a Wildcard X100P installed, and uses the same > configuration (on zapata.conf) but that card doesn't make that strange > noise during conversations. > > Bellow, my zapata.conf (in case I'm doing something wrong) so you can > suggest any changes or correct my mistakes. > Please, show your vmstat -i. I believe this sounds is becaue of interrupt sharing. _______________________________________________ Asterisk-BSD mailing list [email protected] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-bsd _______________________________________________ Asterisk-BSD mailing list [email protected] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-bsd
