Got this error message from zaptel driver install during boot:

This is on a FreeBSD 6.0 install. Have emailed said results to
DigitNetworks a couple of days ago, no response so far.
Has anyone else seen this failure 5 and know what it might indicate?
I have tried the DigitNetworks X101P in several of the PCI slots, same
error no matter where I place it. There are no other PCI controllers
installed on the Gigabyte GA-8IKHXT motherboard.
