it's already ready to do this out of the box, though i think what you mean is to have musiconhold.conf set up for this from ports. this shouldn't be too difficult with a patch now, would it ?
1) putting mpg123 as a dependency (with all the disadvantages that entails / submitting the recently posted patch to the mpg123 port)
