Brand new installation of Asterisk 1.2.8 on FreeBSD 6.1 with a Sangoma A104
using the latests table wanpipe drivers and Zaptel from 11/05/2006 out of
svn. I am trying to setup a Meetme conference for a user, however, I get
these errors when executing the Meetme app:

Jun 16 08:46:38 WARNING[1054]: chan_zap.c:915 zt_open: Unable to open
'/dev/zap/pseudo': No such file or directory
Jun 16 08:46:38 ERROR[1054]: chan_zap.c:7400 chandup: Unable to dup channel: No
such file or directory
Jun 16 08:46:38 WARNING[1054]: app_meetme.c:460 build_conf: Unable to open
pseudo channel - trying device
Jun 16 08:46:38 WARNING[1054]: app_meetme.c:463 build_conf: Unable to open
pseudo device

There appear to be many devices under /dev/zap with pseudo in their name, but
in the form pseudo1-pseudo6. Nothing without a digit at the end. Am I missing
something important?
