zaptel 1.4 is outa wack and currently now is not working with asterisk 1.4.2
it seems some of the newer calls that asterisk looks for in zaptel 1.4 are
not there and thus it will not compile zaptel support into itself. the zaptel
src needs to be updated at this point and patched and then tested. This
current issue will break alot of systems if they run portupgrade.
