Hello all!...

I have a queue, with agents inside.

When a call enter de Queue, agents are called.
I need to execute something, before the phone of the agent rings.

I notice in the logs, that when queue is called, the following happens:

1.- Call the agent extension directly (i.e. Local/{nr})
2.- If the agent is busy, then execute macro-stdext with Local/{nr}
3.- If busy, goto next agent.

If on (1) the agent takes the call, then macro-stdext is not called, so
the thing i need to execute before the agent takes the call (that i put
in that macro), will not be executed.

Is there a simple solution for this?

thanks for your tips!!
