As long as your e-mail address is valid you will receive replies like this. So 
far is appears no one has replied to you on your question. I haven't used 
avaya, but perhaps someone else in the group has and will reply to you soon.
 
Remember that sometimes your questions are not readily answered for many 
reasons. Could be that thus far you are the only one encountering the issue. 
But that's what this group is for...different people with different issues 
collaborate to try and resolve them.
