It prolly needs to be moved.

Be advised this will NOT compile with the rest of Asterisk, at this 
time.  If your really motivated to make it work, before we can update 
the Makefile(s), you can cd into asterisk/channels/h323 and run a make.  
If you've followed the Open H.323 build instructions it ~should~ work.
