There's an old patch in bugs that adds the ability to send account codes between Asterisk servers over IAX2 links.
I don't know if this is a good or bad idea, but there's certainly a need to be able to send some channel specific variables across when trying to build an Asterisk mesh-like system with many servers.
Please test, add comments on the bug tracker if this is the way to do it or if one should trick with numbers and app cut() instead or...
