Two things...

1) Excessive NOTICE messaging in the Console as follows:
Will look into this. It's a result of their 15 second re-registration time,
that will be the effect ONLY if you run your Asterisk behind NAT and
do not use the externIP configuration.

2) Broadvoice seems to be "losing" my registration. I have done sip
debug ip and channel and have seen consistent registration, but
Broadvoice sees me as unavailable (straight to vmail). Initially I
thought my * server was sending busy back on the invite, but it never
GETS an invite.
Like you say, if you time your Asterisk server, Asterisk will send registrations exactly on time. Why Broadvoice loose it, we were never able to figure out. Let's say they have an interesting server setup.

This is not really a developer issue, if you wanted to reach me
there are several other ways than using a public list :-)
