Any chance of getting a constant allocated in include/asterisk/
frame.h for AMR (wide and narrow?)
I know that an implementation won't get into the core code, but
(like) g729 it would
be good if folks with appropriate licenses could interoperate, rather
than everyone
making up their own numbers.
