3GPP standards for IMS are openly accecible on the web. There is no document that specifies the differences or add-ons from the regular SIP RFC. Rather, a set of documents specifies the sequence of messages for IMS-SIP.

AFAIK all 3GPP extensions are RFCs (or on the way to an RFC)
