I read on internet that it is due to the telco which send request to

Is it a bug or can be avoided setting some parameter inside zapata.conf?
This may be glare. If your incoming calls start at channel 1 and you
are using 'g' instead of 'G' in your group settings for the PRI, then
it's probably the case. The fix would be to change all your lower case
g's into upper case. Then, all outbound calls with start with your last
channel instead of the first.
