However a separate MoH thread (not using mp3123, necessarily) has
performance benifits when you have a large callers load. Is there any
simple way to pool a number of callers together? e.g: if there are
already more than 5 people listening to MoH, have anybody joining to the
MoH wait at most  few seconds in hope that he could get the same channel
as another MoH caller?

Or is this already implemented?
