However a separate MoH thread (not using mp3123, necessarily) has performance benifits when you have a large callers load. Is there any simple way to pool a number of callers together? e.g: if there are already more than 5 people listening to MoH, have anybody joining to the MoH wait at most few seconds in hope that he could get the same channel as another MoH caller?
