Asterisk has never had definitions for AMR as a format type, so I don't
know where this came from.

There are private implementations of AMR codecs for Asterisk, due to
licensing not distributed as Open Source.

Do you happen to know what value they used for the codec in frame.h ?
If there are going to be multiple AMR implementations it would be best if they
used the same value.

(I realize SIP doesn't expose this in the same way that IAX does)
