Hi Zoltan,

I could do that ok for the FastAGI app URL parameters but I couldn't do it for 
the colon in agi://. Or if I wanted to use NoOp(test) as the application I need 
to somehow escape the closing bracket so it doesn't get interpreted as the end 
of the L options.
