Look at the port, both ip's are in the same subnet. But this shouldn't
make a difference since I use force_rport=true, or not ?

The PJSIP transport selector uses the type, IP address, and port. In the above the port for the Contact differs so it wouldn't find the existing connection. What happens if you use rewrite_contact=yes on the endpoint?
