Hi Ross,

which exact Asterisk version did you use?
I ask because I had Unreachable issues with chan_sip in Asterisk 11.20.0/13.6.0 
described here:

https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-25476

Maybe your issue is related …
