Either with Page or Confbridge itself. Either 1) The Page application is not telling Confbridge not to announce the number of users in the conference properly. 2) The Confbridge application is announcing the number of users despite the Page application's request for quiet.
As a workaround, you can set announce_user_count=no in confbridge.conf for your confbridge user. However, this will also make it so you don't hear a user count when you call Confbridge normally.
