At the moment the based on the 'es_pjsip_endpoint_identifier_user'
module it pulls the username from the 'From' header. This is failing as
the invite contains the users Caller ID instead of the username.
Have I missed something or does an extra module need to be produced to

No existing endpoint identifier supports this, additional functionality
would need to be written to do it.
