Hi George,

The change was rolled out to additional servers, which have different types of 
SIP clients. It looks like one client in particular doesn't like this format.


Simple fix to re-order the NOTIFY packed.

Is this issue just showing up?  Just thinking of what might have triggered the 
issue now given that you've been testing the Message-Account stuff for a while. 
 New phones in the mix maybe?
