Not sure - I missed the change of Asterisk to git/gerrit so I'm not
sure what the level of effort would be here.
From a level of effort perspective it's creating two new projects,
giving elevated access, pushing the repos to the projects, and setting
up mirroring if wanted. It's relatively easy. The rest is policy/process
implications (if there are any).
