Sounds very interesting. This would make it easy to capture console
output before posting.
How about 'logger set sanitize on/off' to enable or disable easily?

That is a good idea, thanks! I have other things specific to my case,
like adding a timestamp in EST which I should probably get rid of when
making a patch.
