Alright, sounds like the window of constructive answers has closed. Hasan, I don't think any deliberate insult was intended in their responses, but I do think that James and others are technically correct. You're probably better looking for this level of custom development on top of Asterisk as a telephony engine on the -biz list or one of the other venues. Most of what you're going to need is not core Asterisk changes but wrapper around the outside of it (IMHO). The -dev list is more for discussing changes under the hood of Asterisk, rather than building things on top of it.
If you're trying to do it yourself, you might look at the AGI, ARI, and other Asterisk programming interfaces for how to do call control programmatically. For more general Asterisk knowledge you might refer to wiki.asterisk.org or the Asterisk book by O'Reilly. Best wishes, and good luck with your efforts.
