I have signed the agreement. But not heard anything back yet. I assumed
from our last conversation, when you suggested I raised it on Gerrit, that
I would be able to do that. How long does it normally take to get approval?
Should I resubmit it?

Have you signed a license agreement and had it accepted? Gerrit is
restricted to those within that group.
