is it possible to add to queue rules the option of stopping the call to
agents and restarting with the new agent every time there is a change in
the queue from the queue rules (now it just start to work at agent time out)
2. changing the ring type from type a to type b (round robbin ring all)
3. change the ring in use yes or no for this call

any insights are appreciated
