I remember doing some testing with this many many years ago -- it's probably been at least 10 years ago now. Just remember that Asterisk doesn't do any video transcoding, so you have to use a video format that both Asterisk and the endpoints support natively. All that being said, I don't think much effort has been put into video IVR support over the years, so your experience might be different than mine. -Jared
