The old GUI does _not_ save channels to zapata.conf so you should have no 
problem!

Hey guys,

Anything special I have to do to get my channels from the gui "Manage
Analog Trunks" into the zapata.conf file.  They are in the gui but in
zapata.conf.

Yes it does see the card and all 4 channels of my TDM400P.
