asteriskdocs.org I'd start here. I'm assuming you plan on using the GUI though, 
which would mean little extensions.conf configuration, unless you are doing 
something out of the ordinary.

Hey Chuck, 
The problem is that a ; character at the start of a line is considered a 
"comment" and won't actually do anything to the settings. If you take 
out the two ";" characters on that line it should work.
