Yea, You don't need IAX. There are a few things you could probably turn off 
that are unnecessary. IAX is really the only one thats recommended to be 
'noload'-ed and its not even because of optimizations, but because of security 
reasons. It opens a port for no purpose (since you aren't using it).

We are only using POTS lines to dial out and some softphones and handsets. Do
