You might have more luck asking this on the asterisk-users mailing list. It's really more of a general question. I don't have a whole lot of experience with HPEC, but just to check - you definitely have enough licenses for all 12 channels? On another note: 12 channels of HPEC will require a lot of processing power. I remember that one system that I worked with that used HPEC had sustained CPU usage of up to 70% when using just four channels of HPEC. It was a Pentium D 2.8ghz. On yet another note: you have three TDM400's in one box? That's a lot of interrupts to service (3000 per second). Do you ever have call quality issues (other than echo)?
