Anton,
Looking at the code, it could be an ISUP message
called an INF, (information request). This message is not coded in the
chan_ss7.so module, and the error message is a default message if, no match
is found. An 0x3 message type is an information message.
Not sure, but it could be this, or not......

(any channel may get that status, seems i'ts some
intermediate state.)
Does anyone have idea what does that mean?
