Yes, that is possible, but you need an entry for every E1, but only in
one entry a signaling channel needs to be defined.

channels => 1-15,17-31

channels => 1-31
schannel =>
firstcic => 33
enabled => yes
[link-l3]
linkset => siuc

And so on. Be sure to have an empty schannel => definition, otherwise it
won't work.
