Please note you will need to link zaptel src directory (to have it found fasthdlc.h )
to a tarbal directory and (for me) it compiles with the command:
make clean
INCLUDE="-I/usr/src/zaptel -I/usr/src/asterisk/include" make chan_ss7.so
