I am not sure where you are, but in general I have had incredibly good luck between networks regionaly. I have found, though quality does vary somewhat during the call, there isn't a need for QoS feature support in the network. What problems are you experiencing?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of ISPs with service that has QoS
features that would be good to use with VoIP stuff. Granted,
the QoS would only be supported as long as you stayed within
their network, but it might be better than nothing.
