By certification I would assume they mean UL or NFPA (sp) fire prevention certifications. FCC doesn't certify anything with regards to fire, just compliance with signal and radiated noise standards.

We have FCC certification numbers on file. We have not obtained Euro approval on our cards. What's your need for fcc numbers, just curious?
