[Asterisk-Users] New calls.cgi

I updated calls.cgi.  Fixes a bug when the callerID has a comma in it, 
fixes the lost AMA Flags, and fixes the Time Answered field.

You can get the new version at http://homepage.mac.com/miker.

For those of you who don't know what it is, I wrote a quick perl app 
that displays the cdr log on the web.  Just a simple CGI.
