If anybody buys this FXS to FXO converter and gets it to work with Asterisk,
please let us know how it goes. I may try it one of these days myself.

That is a separate device that works with any FXS port from my
understanding of it. From what I understand there is nothing that would
prevent you using them with the card, but the card does not include that
functionality built in.
