I was not popular when I got home. The busydetect works by listening for busy-tone-like pattern of "some sound" and silence. As you can imagine, that's not too reliable. callprogress=yes works by listening for the actual busy tone. That works well for me - or at least its turned on here and people aren't complaining about hangups.
