exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,1,Dial(H323/${EXTEN:[EMAIL PROTECTED])
${EXTEN:1} will grab all the digits you sent in 91XXXXXXXXXX and the :1, in
${EXTEN:1}, tells it to drop the first digit.
