Actually its easier than you think... Allocate a control extension for each hot desk user.
implement call forward and cancel call forward... I did this with a ifo storage in the astdb so it holds during a restart... your dial plan must be macro'd for this to work properly... have a look at junghans site.... (I will get around to publishing my complete solution when I finally sort all the functions out....
