Thanks for your answer.
My company needs SIP/H.323 conversion. As I understand it, the 
conversion is only to the signalling not to the media itself.
Is it possible that your company can provide this protocol conversion 
as a service to us that we can pay you for? This would help us launch 
new services until we can get Asterisk installed and running in our 
location.

Please let me know if you can provide this service or if you know of a 
company that can do it for us.
