That is correct.  I have the list of announcements, and should be 
sending to Allison shortly (again I'll plug VoicePulse and thank them 
for funding a big batch of "community" announcements)

Check the recent archives. I think Tilghman already did it with per
mailbox configurable timezones. I think he was only waiting decent
prompts now.
