Mysteriously enough, now music on hold AND queues work. Well, MOH works. Queueing works, almost. I can dial in from outside and be placed in queue. If I log in to my Grandstream, my call from outside comes off hold, and I can talk through the outside line and hear it on the Grandstream - but sound doesn't seem to work the other way.
